A Bit About Me

Like many individuals, I initially pursued a career path that offered stability and a lucrative income but didn't align with my true personality. While mentally stimulating, it constrained my ability to authentically express who I was. Eventually, I reached a turning point and decided to pivot into coaching, a field that resonated with my calling and innate abilities. The catalyst for this change occurred during the 2008 Financial crisis, prompting me to acknowledge and embrace my gift.

Throughout my life, people have naturally felt at ease opening up to me and sharing their experiences. However, it took time for me to recognize this as my true calling. Sometimes, the clarity we seek is right in front of us, waiting for us to be ready to see it. In response to the financial crisis, I founded my own coaching company, focusing on empowering individuals from recent graduates to those on the brink of retirement. In an environment where fear was prevalent, I provided coaching, mentoring, and empowerment, guiding individuals to identify their values, set meaningful goals, and initiate positive changes across various facets of their lives.

My impact extended beyond personal growth to encompass professional and relational development, as individuals overcame obstacles and charted new paths. Building a reputation for my transformative work, I was sought after by large corporations and startups alike, contributing to the hiring of thousands of individuals nationwide. Making the scary switch to coaching has proven to be the most rewarding and fulfilling decision of my career. There is not one day I regret this beautiful journey I have been on nor the decision I made many years ago.
